Abstract

Designs for a new generation of high performancequasi-optical millimeter-wave beam control arrays arepresented. Through the use of low loss coplanarwaveguide bias lines and improved processing techniques,wide bandwidth switching arrays and narrow bandwidthbeam steering/focusing arrays are under development withpredicted modulation rates in excess of 1 GHz.
