Abstract
"Ox-eye" interference image analysis is an important means to acquire related optical information such as wavelength and the incidence angle of laser from far away. For the unavoidable noise, it is very difficult to extract object pattern from the noise background, so the contrast enhancement and thresholding is a crucial step for such image processing. In this paper, a novel method is proposed for "ox-eye" interference image processing based on maximum fuzzy entropy. In the new method, the maximum fuzzy entropy is used to conduct contrast enhancement and optimum threshold selecting. By comparing with the traditional methods, the presented method can process images more quickly and can extract the parameters more accurately.
