Abstract
The motion planning and control system of a six-axis robot manipulator is realized by multiple microprocessors arranged in a hierarchical structure. The design and implementation of the multimicroprocessor-based system is described. The objectives are the realization of more advanced control techniques and real-time Cartesian space control in robot motion.
