Abstract
A holographic recording utilizing a multimode light source – laser diode module, is analyzed. The analysis results in a simple experimental method enabling to determine the frequency shift of longitudinal laser diode module modes. Moreover, the analysis provides with a possibility to avoid the moiré structure of holographic recording in a degree. The results can be used to evaluate the time coherence of LDM, and in the frame of educational process (e.g. students specialized in photonics), too.
