Abstract

Erratum corrects the sign of the coefficient in Eq. 5.

This article [Opt. Eng. 47(11), 114001 (2008), doi: 10.1117/1.3006123] was originally published on 6 November 2008, with an error in Eq. (5). The sign of the coefficient of the first term, originally published as −3.800 × 10−5 should be positive, not negative. The coefficient should be +3.800 × 10−5.
