Abstract
At present, China's energy storage potential is huge, and the energy storage capacity needs to be gradually improved. Zhejiang Province has issued a number of energy storage subsidy policies, which is very important for the evaluation of energy storage cost before and after subsidy. Based on the full life cycle kwh cost algorithm, this paper calculates the kWh cost before and after the subsidy of three energy storage modes in Zhejiang Province. The results show that the subsidy in Zhejiang Province is effective, which reduces the kWh cost of energy storage. Calculate the payback period and return on investment without considering the subsidy of charging electricity price, so as to provide reference for the government and enterprises.
