Abstract
Raman data confirm that polyamines do interact with negatively charged phospholipids but not with unchard phpholipids as phosphatidylcholines under physiological conditions. When Ca (Mg ) ions are present polyamines increase the temperature of the main phase transition and the order parameters deduced by CH and CC stretching regions of the Raman spectrum and enlarge the " crystallization" effect of bivalent ions. 1.
