Profile Summary

I, Hongbin Zhu, received PhD. in computer graphics from Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2007. After that, I joined the IRIS lab as a research associate in Department of Radiology in SUNY@Stony Brook, where I focused on medical image processing, like image segmentation, computer-aided detection, pattern classification, etc. I am also interested in image registration, high performance computation, and physically-based fluid simulation in computer graphics.
