With the rapid development of e-commerce, more and more enterprises are committed to online and offline dual-channel operation. The emergence of dual-channel supply chain increases the difficulty of supply chain management. This paper deeply discusses the inventory problem in dual-channel supply chain. Based on the multi-agent method, this paper constructs the supply chain inventory model and uses Anylogic software for simulation. It discussed the dual-channel supply chain under the centralized and decentralized inventory control modes respectively, to study the optimal inventory decision of dual-channel supply chain members when consumers have the behaviors of free riding, changing channels, and giving up buying. And compared the supply chain operating under the two modes. It is found that under the premise of the same market demand, the total profit of a centralized dual-channel supply chain is slightly greater than that of a decentralized dual-channel supply chain, its average inventory level and customer turnover are also better than a decentralized.
