In order to solve the problems of insufficient sharing and multiplexing of integrated transportation planning services, weak ability of multi-user large-scale concurrent services of high-frequency data and spatial data, lack of customized sub-scene collaborative application functions, design and develop Transport planning analysis and data service platform(i.e., “the platform”) based on flexible architecture technology. The platform bases on SpringCloud mature distributed micro-service technology framework, integrates advanced digital and intelligent technologies of comprehensive transportation planning space-time big data governance, land space resource elements and visualization, initially builds a basic data center for transportation planning, a technical support experimental platform for transportation space planning and an electronic map for space planning that integrates data analysis, platform support, and model application. The construction and application of the platform comprehensively improved the scientific nature of the evaluation of comprehensive transportation spatial planning, and has initially played an important role in assisting the connection of transportation sector planning and territorial spatial planning.
The port throughput is a barometer of the world economic development and the basic premise for the competent government departments to formulate macroeconomic and industrial development policies. In order to screen out the factors that affect the port throughput more accurately and clarify the action time of each factor, this study determines the VAR model, which is famous for its medium and long-term prediction accuracy, as the main application model for analysis, and expounds the relevant theory of the model. Then, it introduces the steps of establishing the model and the evaluation indicators of the model, and then demonstrates the method in combination with the coal throughput of Chinese ports. This study selects the annual data of the port coal throughput, the added value of the third industry, the total import and export investment and other indicators from 1980 to 2020, and finally concludes that the port coal throughput of China has a strong correlation with the total import and export investment and the number of people, and the port coal throughput has a positive impact on itself and reaches the maximum in the second phase, The impact of total import and export investment on Port coal throughput is negative after reaching the maximum in phase II, and the impact of population on Port coal throughput is negative after reaching the maximum in phase III.

In the promotion and construction of the Yangtze River digital waterway project, in order to solve the problem that lacking of standard and unified visual spatial information service in the waterway management business process, the framework of the spatial database system of the Yangtze River digital waterway is designed in combination with the maintenance management mode and business characteristics of the Yangtze River waterway, and proposed the system practice scheme of the function, data architecture and standard specification of the spatial database system, which provides effective technical support for the realization of unified intelligent service of spatial information of the Yangtze River waterway.
There is a close relationship between the growth of consumption level and transportation development. To explore the interaction between social consumption growth and highway traffic development in China under the “dual circulation” development pattern and analyze the degree of influence and feedback mechanism between them. This study uses a vector autoregressive model to analyze the cyclical data of total retail sales of consumer goods and road traffic volume in China from 2010-2019. Results show that (i) there is a long-term interactive coupling relationship between the growth of total retail sales of consumer goods and the growth of highway traffic volume; (ii) there is a certain lag in the impact of the growth of highway traffic volume on the growth of total retail sales of consumer goods. In the early stage, the growth of total retail sales of consumer goods is mainly influenced by its own fluctuation, and the influence of transportation development is relatively small. In the long run, the improvement of transportation environment will stimulate economic growth. This study is useful to deepen the understanding of the relationship between China's increasing social consumption capacity and highway transport development in a “dual circulation” development pattern. Thus, the effectiveness of the inner cycle can be better exploited.
