Highly collaborative, detail-oriented optical systems engineer working in translational applications of biomedical imaging, with strong interests in clinical needs and the technology innovations required to meet them. Primary experience is in the translational development of intrasurgical image guidance systems combining digital microscopy and optical coherence tomography. This includes the end-to-end research, design, engineering, and management of imaging systems in a translational context, from risk assessment, regulatory compliance, testing, traceability, training, to technology transfer.
