Intelligent mass train has become the crucial method to solve or improve traffic problems and enhance their image for many third-and fourth-tier cities because of its characteristics of speed, convenience, environmental protection and high efficiency, and compliance with policy requirements of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality. They are crucial to study the comprehensive accessibility of intelligent mass transit system and put forward effective traffic system management measures. In this paper, the accessibility of Yibin’s intelligent mass transit system on time and space is analyzed by using Arc GIS technology and the related models of geographical mathematical analysis methods, and the accessibility status of Yibin’s intelligent mass transit system is determined. Finally, according to the above actual analysis results, the optimization strategy of Yibin’s intelligent mass transit system is put forward.
