The current Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) equipment adaptability and intelligence degree is not high, cannot actively adapt to the change of mechanical processing technology. The MQL parameters are fixed in actual use, or the operator adjusts the MQL parameters by manual control according to the processing manual and production practice data. In this paper, a parameter adaptive matching method based on off-line process parameter library and fuzzy adaptive controller is designed to realize the adaptive matching of MQL parameters in the machining process, which can actively meet the requirements of MQL parameters in different working conditions and achieve the purpose of improving the application efficiency of equipment.
