Sensor technology is a new economic and social development derived from the science and technology, the technology has been effectively applied in the development of various industries, and comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of work, for the development and innovation of enterprises to bring more valuable work plan, promote the positive development of various enterprises. Effective application of sensor technology can collect the most real and effective information, while converting the specified measured non-electricity into the measured electrical signal. The use of sensor technology in mechanical and electrical automation control can further promote the development of the intelligent era, improve people's quality of life, drive the production of enterprises, and promote the information construction in China. This paper mainly analyzes the specific use of the sensor technology in the electromechanical automation control.
Automobile design review is an important link of automobile product development process, which need to balance the contradictions between various objectives, to promote the progress and quality of automobile design review. With the development of virtual reality technology, it has realized the evaluation of automobile product modeling in the virtual scene based on VR glasses. From the perspective of hardware improvement, the paper designed a VR helmet that can improve motion sickness and enhance user experience, to expand the application field of virtual reality technology. Then the hardware and software environment are integrated to build a collaborative vehicle virtual evaluation system, which provide a referential and feasible technical scheme for automobile enterprise design review.
Design review is an important node of automotive design and development process. The progress and quality of the review will directly affecting the development cycle of vehicle. Traditionally, clay modeling and CAS methods are used in the automobile design, that have high cost of time. In recent years, with the rapid development of high and new technologies such as computer graphics and virtual reality technology, CAVE is gradually applied in automobile research and development. CAVE as a highly immersive virtual reality system, can provide diversified solutions for traditional modeling design review of auto companies. This paper firstly proposes a display structure based on a sealed mobile structure with surround view CAVE technology. Compared with traditional display devices, it has the characteristics of convenient movement, rapid arrangement and storage, etc. Then the paper introduces the design and implementation of the whole vehicle virtual review system scheme, which provides a new tool for the research and development of automobile enterprises, and also verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of using the virtual reality system to assist the research and development of vehicles.
