A fast and effective early warning method is proposed in this paper for the possible collision between the large portal crane and gantry crane cross-operation, which are widely used in port, in the same workplace. This method can eliminate the hidden danger through systematic methods before the collision of equipment, so as to effectively avoid the accident caused by the collision of equipment.

Crane safety protection is one of the important contents of enterprise safety and equipment safety management. Cranes often have cross operation conditions, and the rotating mechanism and luffing mechanism of portal crane also have a certain compound movement in the operation process, which is easy to cause collision accidents. Taking the large portal crane which is widely used in port as an example, this paper makes a detailed comparative analysis of the current mainstream wireless communication signal processing methods, and puts forward the data signal processing method of crane space anti-collision system.
